For renovation projects, measuring the existing conditions is mission-critical to the success of the design and build. The accuracy of the remodel drawings depends on the meticulousness of the person who completes the site measurements and BIM modeling. We use lidar scanning to map the building and terrain, which produces an extremely accurate point cloud. We can approach 99% accuracy when incorporating this measurement technology with a diligent draftsperson who understands the design team’s needs. 

Hand-off your existing conditions survey and as-built modeling to us. We will schedule an on-site visit and deliver a Revit model that matches the actual structure. We can meet before the scan to discuss the model, assemblies and deliverables. Plan sets include a quality architectural document package, the generated point cloud and the electronic files. Additional drawings can be added including RCPs, HVAC & MEP, Interior Elevations and Site Plans (schematic use only).
